One of the World’s Top Investment Quality Watch Collections Up for Auction (Rolex, Patek Philippe, Omega, Piaget, Ulysse Nardin)

There are fine watch collections, and then there are fine watch collections. One of the world’s great watch collections is coming up for auction on Saturday, October 16, 2021. Kruse GWS Auctions is hosting a collection of investment quality and masterfully significant timepieces. All of these watches are said to be from a billionaire’s private collection and they were kept in a personal vault.

Saturday’s auction will feature more than 125 pieces. The Kruse GWS Auctions release referred to the collection as — watches with impeccable aesthetics, the finest luxury craftsmanship, imaginative designs and limited editions.

Many of the watches are quite rare. Some are represented as only two known and available available examples in the world or even produced. Many of these watches may not even be known among watch collectors without private access to many of the private watch offerings from these watch-makers.

There are multiple Rolex watches featured. There are limited edition Rolex selections, as well as anniversary and special edition Rolex that are not available to the public. Another is the Rolex 18K Yellow Gold Daytona with factory Tahitian mother of pearl dial and diamond markers (1 of only 2 available in the world), as well as a Rolex GMT Master II.
