We all know about sports cards if you have come to Collectors Dashboard. But what about sports cards that celebrate shoes? Let’s all ask Foot Locker, Inc. (NYSE: FL) about it. Foot Locker has sent word out that the shoe retailer has now partnered with Panini Europe to create a series of collectible trading cards.

Rather than being star athletes, these cards are meant to celebrate the sneaker community with the release of limited-edition collectible cards that actually celebrate the shoes. It is Foot Locker after all.

The limited cards will be available exclusively at Foot Locker stores and Kids Foot Locker store locations across Canada, although not in the province of Quebec, on Saturday, April 23, 2022. The Foot Locker cards will come in packs of 5 and consumers can collect all 25 designs in-store as a gift with any purchase.

According to the email:

Casey Bannerman, an artist and graphic illustrator from Canada used his skills and inspiration to help design these exclusive trading cards. Bannerman designs gallery-quality NBA prints, merchandise and Raptors apparel including custom jerseys and streetwear.
