Ahascragh Distillery Delivers Two 20-Year-Old Irish Whiskeys In Celebration Of St. Patrick’s Day

The Ahascragh Distillery has delivered two 20 Year Old Irish whiskeys… in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day??? The week of St. Patrick’s Day can be celebrated every day with Irish Whiskey. College students are celebrating with Irish Car Bomb shots and green beer but here are two 20 year old single malt releases that can bring out the Lepricon in all of us Irish whiskey collectors. The two Irish Whiskeys direct from Dublin are Clan Colla Single Malt Irish Whiskey 20 Year Old Amarone Finish, and Clan Colla Single Malt Irish Whiskey 20 Year Old Pedro Ximénez Finish.

Gareth McAllister, Ahascragh Distillery’s founder exclaimed — “We are kick-starting our St Patrick’s Day celebrations with two new and exciting Irish Whiskey releases.”

The releases are described together as having been hand-selected from some of the highest quality aged malt available. The casks used were meant to elevate the flavor and texture while all bottled in their home in West Ireland.

Clan Colla Single Malt Irish Whiskey 20 year old Amarone Finish sells for 250 EUR or $277.82 USD through the portal of their distillery.

Clan Colla Single Malt Irish Whiskey 20 Year Old Pedro Ximénez Finish sells for 233 EUR or $259.01 USD through the portal of their distillery.

Collectors Dashboard evaluates high-end collectibles as an alternative asset class. This means collectibles are attracting the same capital that could have been invested into stocks or bonds. Many collectibles including high-end whiskey now cost hundreds of dollars (or much more). Collectors with a passion to own limited edition bottle releases for years frequently have to compete directly against investors whose only desire is to make a profit in the future.
